I will be describing the game called Counter-Strike 2. It is mainly a 5v5 competitive game, where 5v5 stands for is 5 players on one team and then 5 players on the other team. One team will be defending two sites, A site or B site, and this team is called the Counter-Terrorists. The other team will be attacking one of those sites in order to plant the bomb, they are called Terrorists, then they have to defend the bomb while the CTs will defuse it. There is a lot of strategy involved in order to defend the sites or take the sites.
There are skins inside the game, and they could be sold for real world money through third-party websites. A lot of these skins could range from 0.01 cents to 10,000 dollars. There actually has been a skin that was sold for 1 million.
This happened during 2018, where North America won their first Major Trophy, which is like the biggest event in all of Counter-Strike, two of them happen every year. But this was important to North America because they have been struggling to win against Brazilians or any European teams.
